Meet Adam and Laura Stevens
For a marriage to work, they say you should have something in common that you both love. From the moment they met, Adam and Laura have shared a love for visiting Nags Head and the surrounding towns every summer (in addition to music, food, fur babies, and yoga). They were both married and renewed their vows in Nags Head and dreamed of buying a home there. That dream came true in 2024.
The Billfish Bungalow is a strong representation of their love for the beach and their belief that dreams do come true. They visit as often as they can and hope that their home provides you with all the joy and peace of being at the beach with your loved ones.
Their son Bodhi is one of their main passions, and they love providing as many opportunities for him to grow and enjoy life. Bodhi thoroughly enjoys playing in the sand, splashing in the water, and snuggling his dogs and cats (Blaze, Tank, Baby Girl, and Rex).
Adam and Laura are also residents of Richmond, VA where they work in the IT and legal fields. Additionally, Laura is a yoga teacher specializing in private and group classes both in person and online; coaching yoga teachers; and training prospective teachers. She has a love for helping others feel and be their best, and offers her services through Hot House Yoga Midlo.
The Billfish Bungalow features the offshore photography of Harry R. Hindmarsh, the prior owner of the Billfish Bungalow. The marlin photos throughout the house have been featured on the cover and editorial pages of Marlin Magazine, Anglers Journal, Saltwater Sportsmen, National Geographic, Sport Fishing, Outdoor Life, In The Bite, and countless other national/international magazines. Harry’s work can be seen at www.HarryHindmarsh.com
