Disclaimers and House Rules

We are thankful and proud you are interested in renting our home. We’ve tried to provide a comfortable home-like property with extra amenities to make your time enjoyable. We have a few requests that we would like honored.

1. Renters must be 21 years or older.
   

2. Our home is a smoke-free, drug-free environment. Also, no smoking on our wooden decks.
   

3. No candles or fire of any kind.
   

4. The house sleeps 6 comfortably. We ask that you try to keep the number to less than 6 renters.
   

5. Our home is a pet-free environment. Due to severe owner allergies, no pets of any kind including service animals.
   

6. Our home is for relaxing and connecting with family/friends. It is not for frat parties, bachelor parties or for hosting large groups of people.
   

7. While we love being close to the beach, we ask that you leave the beach outside. Please use the outdoor shower after coming in from the beach.
   

8. We’ve provided a hamper in the laundry room. We ask that you keep wet towels and bathing suits in the hamper to keep our furniture and floors dry.
   

9. The house uses a septic tank. Please use the septic-safe toilet paper we provide. No paper towels, wet wipes or non-septic paper can be flushed.
   

10. We ask that you not wear shoes throughout the house as much as possible. (Sand spurs get stuck to the rugs and then get stuck in your feet.)
